PEMCCO is an Information Technology and Information Management (IT/IM) firm focused on assisting our customers maximize the use of existing and emerging technologies to achieve their desired business productivity objectives. Our primary support industries include Defense and Transportation. Our customers extend to various markets including federal, state, and city governments, as well as private commercial sectors. We execute projects in accordance with PMI Best Practices. The success of our IT/IM Services resides in our ability to successfully perform the following services: Systems Engineering and Design (SED). Our SED efforts include systems design analysis, site verifications, specification development, and installation planning for voice, data, and video systems which encompass Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) components, and military Satellite Communications and Telecommunications (MILSATCOM/Telecom) networks. Systems Installation & Integration (SII). PEMCCO has in-depth experience in performing system installation services for both the Departments of Defense and Transportation. Our technology focus primarily includes command and control, voice communications, security, and surveillance and tracking systems. Our efforts includes equipment installation and integration for military Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems, as well and Satellite Communications (SATCOM) and Interior Voice Communications Systems (IVCS); and Smart/Intelligent Transportation Systems (S/ITS) on transportation highways, transit buses, port terminals, and in Central Facility environments (CF). This capability expands to include equipment, component, and application replacement and upgrades, as well as desk and remote-side customer service support. Operations Support Services (OSS). Effective network management and monitoring, user assistance, and communications coordination is the driving force behind our OSS capabilities. Our efforts include operation and maintenance (O&M) of enterprise-wide networked systems for data, voice, and video transmission via wired and satellite communications mediums. Our approach also includes procedures development, standardization, administration, equipment acquisition, configuration management, and security and risk management in helpdesk, call center; and traffic operations, management center environments. Management Support Services (MSS). Our MSS encompasses a range of technical management support areas to include technical and project/program management, configuration and asset management, and program and technical services. These services take the form of engineering evaluations, hardware procurement assessments, technical assistance (Tech Assist), installations planning and monitoring, proof of concept, funds tracking, and documentation development for data communications equipment and systems. The process includes feasibility studies, workflow analysis, cost/benefit analysis, decision analysis and replacement analysis as required in network centric environments. Application Development & Deployment (ADD). Unique to our service offerings to our defense and transportation clients is our ADD. It encompasses specific software development, engineering and deployment capabilities distinctive to our defense and transportation industry customers. Whether our efforts apply to the development of web-based or computer-based instructional tools, development of enterprise-wide messaging capabilities to communities of interest (COI), tracking customer assets, or bridging the gap between passengers and travel information, our ADD capabilities are designed to enhance the productivity of our clients. The measured application of these services allows for synergistic results in achieving increased client productivity. |
