PEMCCO, was incorporated in 1995, and was established as a small disadvantaged business certified with the Small Business Administration. We are DBE/MBE/SBE and SWaM certified in 20 States and over 80 government (state and federal) agencies across the United States.   Our Virginia DOT DBE certification number is P615.  We have facilities located in Virginia Beach, VA, which is our principal location; and remote locations and a geographic presence in Arlington, VA, Long Island City and Rochester, NY.  

PEMCCO is an Information Technology and Information Management (IT/IM) firm focused on assisting our customers to maximize the use of existing and emerging technologies to achieve their desired business productivity objectives. Our primary support industries include Defense and Transportation and our customers extend to various markets including federal, state and city governments, as well as private commercial sectors.  We execute projects in accordance with PMI Best Practices.
