Business Development Coordinator (Virginia Beach, VA)

This position identifies viable business opportunities while building client relationships to obtain contracts.  Facilitates the internal proposal process including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, and oral presentations.  Participates in pre bid conferences and post award kick-off meetings.   Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or other related discipline or Associate’s Degree and two years related experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree is required.  One year experience in industry business development and/or research and development experience are helpful.  Knowledge of the Internet and excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
